Choose the roofline you want to light
Jacksonville rooflines change from one neighborhood to the next, so we measure the sections you point at rather than assume a shape. A front-only plan covers the lines you see from the street. The side returns and the back of the house are a second decision.
Front of House
The entry, garage and the peaks you see from the street. The most common starting point.
Front + Sides
Adds the side returns so the lighting wraps the corners instead of stopping at them.
Full House
The whole perimeter, including the back patio and any detached roofline you want lit.
Measured footage, roof height, mounting surfaces and equipment access set the final scope. We also confirm track finish, power, controller placement and the wire route before installation.

Around Jacksonville
Jacksonville and Duval County have shared one consolidated government since 1968, while Atlantic Beach, Jacksonville Beach, Neptune Beach and Baldwin stayed separate cities with their own rules. We install permanent lighting across the city. Tell us your neighborhood when you request a quote.

Springfield, Riverside Avondale and the Saint Johns Quarter are the city's three local historic districts, where exterior changes go through a Certificate of Appropriateness. Downtown, the Southbank Riverwalk runs a mile and a quarter along the St. Johns River from Museum Circle and is open around the clock.
In the three historic districts the city reviews exterior work regardless of whether it is visible from the street. Ask us for the finish and mounting details before you apply.

EverBank Stadium and the beaches
The Jaguars played their first home preseason game at the stadium on the old Gator Bowl site on August 18, 1995, and the city lists its capacity at 64,000 seats. Out at the coast, the Jacksonville Beach Fishing Pier at 503 North 1st Street runs nearly a quarter mile into the Atlantic, in one of the four beach-side cities that kept their own government when the rest of Duval County consolidated in 1968.
You can save your team's colors in the TruLight app for game day and keep a separate warm white setting for the rest of the week.

Before we install at your Jacksonville home
Historic districts need a Certificate of Appropriateness
In Springfield, Riverside Avondale, the Saint Johns Quarter and at designated local landmarks, any work on the exterior of a building needs a Certificate of Appropriateness from the city's Historic Preservation Section, reviewed either by staff or by the Jacksonville Historic Preservation Commission. Check your address on the city's land development map first. Our part is the paperwork you attach: finish, mounting location and wire route. Your part is the submission.
City of Jacksonville COA processSea turtle lighting rules at the beach
Oceanfront homes in Jacksonville Beach have a separate rule: during sea turtle nesting season, May 1 through October 31, exterior lighting must not light the beach directly or indirectly, and the city asks for shielded, downward fixtures. The state wildlife agency's list shows Atlantic Beach and Neptune Beach with ordinances of their own. If your home faces the ocean, talk to your city and to us before we design that side.

If the home is inside one of the three local historic districts, or is a designated landmark, yes. The city requires a Certificate of Appropriateness for exterior work. The city decides, and the finish and mounting details you need for the form come from us.
Yes. Save a scene with your colors in the app and switch to it on game day. Your warm white schedule takes over again afterward.
The quote form checks your address against our service area first. For an oceanfront home in Jacksonville Beach, Atlantic Beach or Neptune Beach, the city's sea turtle lighting rules limit what can shine toward the beach from May through October, so we plan that side with you and with the city before anything is installed.
