Permanent Outdoor Lighting in Palm Coast

Palm Coast grew up around its canals and its trails. We install permanent lighting that follows your roofline once, then you control it from your phone: warm white most nights, color when you want it.

Start with an online estimate. We confirm measurements and scope for your written quote.

Coverage and cost

Choose the roofline you want to light

A long single-story roofline is the easiest to plan: a front-only run covers the entry, the garage and the peaks you see from the street. If your home backs onto a canal, the water side is the second decision, and it can be added later.

Front of House

The entry, garage and the peaks you see from the street. The most common starting point.

Front + Sides

Adds the side returns so the lighting wraps the corners instead of stopping at them.

Full House

The whole perimeter, including the back patio and any detached roofline you want lit.

Measured footage, roof height, mounting surfaces and equipment access set the final scope. We also confirm track finish, power, controller placement and the wire route before installation.

From estimate to your first lighting scene

  1. Start with your address

Use the online estimator and choose the roof sections you would like to light. The result is a preliminary estimate.

  2. Confirm the plan

We check measurements, mounting surfaces, access, track finish, power and wiring for the written quote.

  3. Install and test

We install the agreed roofline coverage and test the lighting system with you.

  4. Set up your scenes

We walk through the app so you can use brightness, colors, schedules and zones. Our support page is there for questions afterward.

Linear Park and Waterfront Park

Linear Park covers 57 acres between the eastbound and westbound lanes of Palm Coast Parkway, with a half-mile StoryWalk along its trail. Waterfront Park, 20 acres on the Intracoastal Waterway at 150 Waterfront Park Road, has a fishing pier. The city counts a dozen parks and more than 130 miles of connecting trails.

Homes along the parkway face the trail as well as the street. Tell us which side you want lit first.

The Hammock and Flagler Beach

The Hammock Dunes Bridge, run by the Dunes Community Development District, opened to traffic on July 3, 1988 and gives the Hammock its road link to Palm Coast and I-95 through the toll plaza on Palm Coast Parkway SE. South along the coast, Flagler Beach is a separate city with its own beachfront lighting ordinance.

Beachfront homes in Flagler County fall under the county's sea turtle lighting ordinance, and Flagler Beach has one of its own. Tell us your address and we check whether either applies.

Your HOA's review

If your community has an architectural review board, Florida law says its authority comes from the recorded declaration and a denial must be in writing with the rule it relies on. We give you the finish, mounting and color details for the review. You handle the submission.

Questions about lighting your Palm Coast home

It matters for where we put the controller and power supply, which stay sheltered, and for whether you want the canal side lit as well as the street side. Your quote spells out the hardware we are putting on the house and the TruLight warranty behind it.

An association can only enforce the architectural rules its declaration gives it, and under Florida law a denial has to be in writing and name the rule. Send the board the finish, the mounting position and the colors you plan to use, and we provide all three.
